How to manage an open source project

There are a ton of open source projects out there and the number is growing every day. Finding contributors can be hard, especially in the early stages of a project, as the competition is high. In this talk, I will show you how we manage open source contributions at Hasura. Specifically, I will go into how to make a project attractive for others to contribute, how to handle the contributing process and how to make it easy for first-time contributors to start with open source.
