Insight meditation cultivates our natural wisdom and compassion. Mindfulness meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind. In this ongoing weekly class, we will practice together with guided meditations and explore the teachings of the Dharma and wisdom traditions. The aspiration is to cultivate the capacity to live authentically in the world with kindness, to be at ease, to be happy, to awaken our hearts.
