Sorry folks, this is adult only event. No one under 21 allowed due to alcohol being served.
No pets/no dogs please except Guide Dogs for the disabled.
Bring your cowboy/cowgirl hat if you have one. We will try and have some inexpensive ones for sale.
BBQ from 6:00 to 8:00 pm! Tri-Tip, Chicken, Beans, Salad, Bread & Cookies!

COST:
OPTION ONE: $50 per person includes catered barbecue with all the fixins, music, dancing, and free activities. Beverages will be available for purchase.
OPTION TWO: $20 per person includes music, dancing and free activities only. No BBQ.
CAMPING:
Camping is free and is limited to 25 spots - group campsite. (Campsites allow up to 4 people per site.) Bring all of your own camping gear. Plan accordingly for all weather conditions. No campfires at this particular event. Recommendations: Tarps for under your tent because grass may be wet or damp, EZups/canopies, hiking boots if you walk the trails because some area may still be muddy and wet from the early January rain.
I will update this meetup page with current weather temps and condition one week prior to the event. Bodega Bay weather has been about 60-65 and sunny with amazing sunsets!
We recommend tarps for the ground under your tent. EZups/canopies okay. No campfires allowed at this particular event. Hiking boots recommended.
No power/electrical or hookups available at the ranch. Flashlights, lanterns and headlamps will be necessary, especially at night because the only thing shining is the stars and the moon. Cell phone service generally works, but can be spotty. Bring charged cell phones as you will not be able to charge them at the ranch.
Three (3) Platform Tents are also available for rent. Cost is $75 per tent, per night. Maximum 4 people per tent. First Come, First Reserved. See website below to reserve yours!
Free activities include:
The ranch boasts 8 miles of hiking trails along Salmon Creek; visit the wildlife preserve and Turtle Pond which has fish/reptiles/amphibeans; wildlife viewing of Galloway cows, deer, horses, goats and birds; enjoy a walk on the beach and watch the sun set. Bring your camera and binoculars!

Catered Barbecue by Ray's Catering - 5 star caterer. Meal inlcudes ribs or chicken plus all the fixins: Western beans, pasta salad, Caesar salad and French bread. Vegetarian option includes vegetable skewers plus all the fixins. A No Host bar service includes beer, wine, sodas and water for additional cost of $2 - $5 each. Beverages are not included in the ticket price.

PARKING:
Parking is onsite and is free. We encourage carpooling. You can offer rides or request a ride from fellow members on the Comment section of this meetup site. It is encouraged that each rider pay $5-$8 to the driver for gas, etc.
