This is a group for women who struggle with weight, food or body image. Are you tired of going from diet to diet and not getting results? Are you tired of feeling uncomfortable in your body? Are you tired of feeling confused, stressed and frustrated around food?
You are not alone. This group is designed to create a supportive, positive, safe, and judgement free space for women who want to change their relationship with food, weight and body.
Some of the topics we will discuss include: - why dieting and quick fixes don't work - food addiction: does it really exist? - stress and the impact it has on weight - disordered eating habits such as: * emotional eating, binge eating, overeating, chronic yo-yo dieting, food obsession - body image - ways to create lasting habit change - lifestyle changes that'll support your goals - why mindset matters and more. I'm open to any other topics that interests you, so please let me know :)
As a Transformational Weight Loss Coach, I help women to free themselves from food and body prison. I'm starting this group to build connections with women in the community and to offer a unique perspective and conversation around food, dieting and body image. This group will provide you with the support and resources you need to help you get started in creating long term results.
