This group is for those who want to lose weight, maintain weight, end emotional eating or all of the above.

Here you will feel supported by others who “get it” and you will learn how to change your relationship with food, your body, people and life itself.

It’s not good enough to know why; if we want to change our lives we have to know how.

Meetings are held weekly on alternate Monday's and Tuesday's...

First and third Monday each month from 6-7:30 pm

Second and fourth Tuesday each month from 6:30-8 pm

Some attend weekly; some attend twice per month.
