What The Mind Believes The Body Conceives.....This weight loss course designed for people who want to make positive life long changes around food and eating, look at the cause of negative eating patterns and who are interested in mindful techniques. A fantastic way to become aware of your body, your habits and your thoughts. Each group has no more than 6 people so you are fully supported throughout your journey. I run a 4 week and a 6 week course at various times throughout the year.

Its a friendly and happy way to lose weight, get control, create a beautiful healthy body mind connection and stay trim, forever. Its integral that you attend the meetings to get the most out of this to lose the weight. Commitment is Key.
