What we're about

The Weird Local Film Festival (WLFF) is a quarterly-plus event that presents strange locally-made films from the Greater Boston (Massachusetts) area.

Our next WLFF will be held in October (exact date TBD) at Warehouse XI (11 Sanborn Ct, Somerville, MA 02143). If you are interested in being considered, please send your film to weirdlocalfilmfestival@gmail.com at least two weeks before the event date.

Here are the rules:

• Film must be no longer than 10 minutes (but they can be as short as you want!)

• Films must be in MOV or MP4 format

• Only 1 submission per filmmaker

• Films must be made by people from the New England area. Preference is given to people who are able to physically attend the event.

We will determine the final list and inform filmmakers approximately 10 days before the event date.

If you have any questions, email weirdlocalfilmfestival@gmail.com.
