This group is designed to bring together women and men who are interested in elevating their sense of well-being, health, clarity and creativity at work. While it's easy to think of being healthy, calm and relaxed without the pressures of daily life, how do we create a life that is involved, connected, challenging and rewarding but also comfortable and joyful?
This Well-being in the Workplace group is about feeling confident, happy and grounded – a state of being that comes from taking care of yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually.
It’s a life filled with doing things that you love and things that make you happy.
It’s knowing how to take of yourself physically – how to nourish your body with the right foods, exercise, nutritional supplements, sleep, self care and relaxation so that you can show up in life and at work with vibrancy, energy and clarity.
It’s learning how to slow down, how to be still so you have the time to feel your feelings, listen to your soul, hear your intuition and discover what you’re here to do in this life.
You can have and be all of that – everyone has a Well-being Wise One in them…and it’s my mission to help you access, live and embody all the above.
