King of Tokyo tournament at Wellycon

The tourament itself is free, but you can register register for Wellycon at https://wellycon-2016.lilregie.com/step1
A King of Tokyo tournament. Will accommodate 9-36 players.
Depending on signups, there will be between three and six games, with the winner of each of those games advancing to a final.
Base game only. But if the participants in a particular game ALL want to play with one or more expansions, and can quickly agree a method to divide up the monsters, they're welcome to do so.
