Sukha is the Sanskrit word that translates to “happiness” “ease” or “bliss.” The literal translation is actually “good space”—which is exactly what Her Sanctuary is!

This weekly DONATION BASED 60 minute asana (flow) is for anybody looking to access vitality, power and freedom simply by showing up and coming from a place of yes. Each of us has unlimited, untapped potential. You are stronger than you think you are. Give up your fixed perceptions on your perceived limitations.
Bring a mat, small towel and water.
