What we're about

Wellness Walk Wednesdays was created to get individuals to meet other like minded people who are interested in their health, nutrition, lifestyle and all things wellness. Each meet up we will discuss a health and wellness topic whether that be weight, gut health, overcome cravings, aging gracefully, eating habits, skin care, etc... My goal is for you to take away something new each time we meet and apply to your lifestyle or routine.

The plan is to meet up every other Wednesday to get some fresh air, stretch the muscles and do some cardio via walking. Anyone and everyone are invited and we will have a fun time focusing on our wellbeing.
