This group was created to provide a place in nature with horses where people can rekindle their purpose to move freely through life. Enjoy camaraderie and build spirit while promoting wellness and well being. Workshops and events are offered to experience horses combined with other self-care practices such as yin yoga, myofascial release, qiqong, meditation, drumming and more. Whether it be simple fun or going from stress to serenity, the benefits are numerous.
