Are you: a business owner, entrepreneur, solopreneur,with a non-profit, new in business, self-employed, starting up, looking to connect with other women? Then you are welcome! There is a special energy generated when women get together and there's no telling what they'll be able to create!. The masterminds of this group are excited to bring something of real value to your business. Our goal is to help you succeed and thrive!

Meetings include some combination of: Introductions, mini-mastermind, discussion topic, networking tips, speaker presentation, small group discussion, inspiration, motivation, a good time and and real connections.. We look forward to welcoming you!

Each one of us is Gifted, but many of us forget to open our own packages. This group is here to help you do that.

WWIN at Chatfield- Networking and creating Peaceful resolutions

Our May meeting will consist of Networking, Introductions, breakfast snacks, and a presentation on Creating a Culture of Nonviolence in our Communities. This discussion is essential in raising awareness of this growing concern and what can be done to stem it. Victoria Christgau will speak about the bridge-building work that the CT Center for Nonviolence is doing and has done with community partners in Connecticut and beyond. Founder / Executive Director of the Connecticut Center for Nonviolence (CTCN), Victoria is a lifelong nonviolence educator and vocalist. She founded and produced of the Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Commemoration of Litchfield County, CT, for 20 years. Ms. Christgau has been a Performing and Teaching Artist for twenty-eight years, working nationally and with HOT Schools in Connecticut; Ms. Christgau founded the Connecticut Center for Nonviolence at the request of her mentor, legendary civil rights leader, Dr. Bernard LaFayette, Jr. She continues to work closely with him around the country. She has directed hundreds of people of all ages in training and implementing the philosophy and strategies of Kingian Nonviolence across racial, social, economic and generational divides.

This Spring we will visit Guest House in Chester CT, where our WWIN co-founder, Saralyn Kerrigan, is Executive Director. If you don't know her, come and meet the Mastermind behind WWIN! We have visited there before, loved it, and are going back by popular request. Our visit will consist of a brief tour followed by a professionally-created Self-Care assessment and workshop. Self-care means looking at yourself and evaluating the activities and practices that you deliberately choose. The result is an enhancement of your health and well-being. Self-care: helps prevent burn-out, helps you to maintain relationships makes you more effective, both personally and professionally In this inspirational and dynamic session, you will be reminded that, in order to create the life you want,it is important to take care of yourself You will evaluate your current level of self-care, assess your needs, identify barriers. areas for improvement ,and create a self-care plan that supports your well-being in the long term!
