There are four parts of the meeting:
-Announcements and club business
-Prepared Speeches
-Impromptu Speeches
-Evaluation

• What to bring
Their eagerness and enthusiasm.
As we meet at a restaurant, we are expected to be polite and order from the menu. However, the food is not expensive, comparable to Village Inn. You can expect to spend $11-15 including gratuity.

• Important to know
You may be asked to provide comments at the end of the meeting. But there is no reason to speak if you do not feel comfortable.
