Introduction to Web Development

This workshop will introduce the fundamentals of web development by providing an introduction to the 3 main technologies used to create websites: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. By the end of this workshop you’ll have a basic understanding of how to create a web page, add some styling to it, and how to start adding interactivity to the page. No prior programming knowledge is assumed.
You can just watch, but if you want to join in with the exercises, bring a laptop with:
A text editor, for example VSCode (https://code.visualstudio.com/), Atom (https://atom.io/), or Sublime Text (https://www.sublimetext.com/)
A web browser (preferably Google Chrome as I’ll be going through some of its built in developer tools)
