A group to discuss the joys and challenges of running a remote team. For those managers in organisations transitioning to remote, or those working in distributed companies, and those running their own business - and those interested in leading any kind of virtual team.
The events will be run as breakfast discussions - casual conversations where you can either seek advice from the group, suggest a topic for discussion or just engage in conversation.
First meetup planned for a morning at the end of September 2019.
A chance to share how it's going over coffee: What's currently working for you, what's not going that well, what you are learning and what you will need to learn. And anything else you would like to contribute or learn about online teamwork.
