What we're about

This Group is suspended until further notice due to Norfolk entering tier 4 restrictions on 26 December

We are a mixed group of friendly and enthusiastic walkers who meet every couple of weeks to explore West Norfolk and the North Norfolk Coast. Most of our walks are within easy reach of King's Lynn.

If you enjoy walking in this area, or are looking for a fun way to keep fit and meet some new friends in the process, this may be just the group for you! Everybody is welcome, even if you're only staying in the area for a little while but would like to go on a led walk.

Our walks are on Sundays and are around 16-19 km (10-12 miles - about 4 - 5 hours with stops), with regular shorter walks (8-11 km, 5-7 miles) and the scope to do longer summer hikes. We usually walk once a fortnight.

Our members come from all walks of life and are of all ages, so you can pretty much guarantee some interesting conversations, whilst taking in the scenery and getting some exercise!

There is scope to hold social events in the future if enough members want this.

The group is affiliated to Ramblers, but independent of the,, and it costs nothing to join, but there will be a charge of £1.50 per walk to cover the cost of the Meetup subscription, and advertising. Any surplus at the end of the year will be donated to charity. New members can give us a 'trial run' with their first 3 walks being free.
