Flourishing Fridays is a circle for women to deepen skills to connect, create and communicate from the Heart. Whether you are in a life transition, seeking transformation or simply enjoy meaningful (and fun) connections with open-hearted women, please join us!

1:15 Creative Transformation: Each week offers a theme or activity to grow HeartSkills: deepen emotional awareness and intelligence, self-love, and conscious communications. Modalities include body-based learning, voice (story, breathwork or simple sounds), visual arts, spirit (appreciation, ritual), meditation and/or experience in Nature.

2:15 Reflections: share your experience or a story that relates to the theme

Themes:

May 27: Healing Energetic Cords - there are people you feel very tied to, as if a cord connects your heart and soul. What is the energy around that cord? How can it be transformed, to reflect more of what your heart really wants?

June 3: Sounding your Soul - Learn the basics of sounding, a fast, effective way to move energy in your body, change your mood and lift your vibration - quickly.

Flourishing Fridays circle is facilitated by Christine Castigliano (http://christinecastigliano.com/), singer, storyteller and coach. I guide women to connect your voice with your heart, so you can create your Hearts Desire and communicate from essence - your true self. I'm a lifelong soul explorer and lover of stories; a speaker/presenter at Women of Wisdom and Ignite; and former soloist with Total Experience Choir.
