Quiz & curry night - by popular request & with Yvette as Quizmaster, will be fab

Yvette has kindly offered to draw up the questions and to be the Quizmaster, a fun range of topics, being kept tightly under her hat.
The Railway is helping out with the venue. A big thank you to both.

The Railway is normally closed on a Tuesday but they are opening for us, there will be a bar for drinks. The kitchen is closed for their normal choices.

Instead they will provide a curry option, there will be a chicken curry and a veggie one. The cost for the curry will be a special offer price of £6.50 and will include, curry, rice and a poppadom. (Super offer for their lovely quality)

The curry availability will depend on how many want it so please let me know ASAP please. The bar will be open for drinks.

CALL TO ACTION

We need prizes please for the quiz night and for future raffles to keep the group afloat as I do not charge a fee for the group but it does have monthly costs, so if everyone can bring something along that would be super and make it a really good event.

We will be in teams, so no need to worry on your knowledge, the questions will be varied and fun.

This will be first of many we hope, so please support the event, even if you are not a fan of curry, or of quizzes we all love getting together so it will be a giggle.

A short note on the group

We have couples, singles and all ages so rest assured you will be made welcome and I pride myself on ensuring everyone is introduced. No need to be lonely, we are all so friendly, from all from all walks of life. Meet us once and you will feel like you have known us forever.
