Sitegeist: Open source twitter sentiment analysis within a geofence.

This is a project started by Code for Lancaster, a civic technology meetup from the other side of the pennines. It provides a simple, live sentiment analysis dashboard of tweets drawn from within a fixed geographic area. There will be a brief talk about sentiment analysis and how the project works, and the remainder of the session will be a workshop where we will break into teams to try and tackle some of the project's open issues on github.
Currently the project is in it's infancy and very simple. There will be opportunities for very small contributions, or even non-python contributions (e.g. HTML, CSS, JS).
