Whether you are new to mindfulness, a little out of practice or even if you meditate daily this session is for you. We will spend an hour doing some of the core mindfulness practices to let go of tensions of our week and unhelpful thoughts and release some of the armoring of the heart.
The session will include a short, grounding meditation arriving with the breath, tapping from head to toe to release stagnant energy and emotional blockages in the body. Then lie back for a 35 minute deep letting go meditation.
