We want to help people have a healthy active lifestyle.  Our philosophy is 80% nutrition, 20% exercise and 100% attitude.   The running will help with the 20%.  We are Herbalife coaches so everyone who is a member is entitled to a free sports analysis profile to help improve your 80% nutrition, which will ultimately help your performance and how you feel.  We want to educate the community on nutrition, so will be running 5-10 min talks at the end of some of the sessions.

The group is ideal for beginner and improver runners and is all very informal and a great way to meet new people.  We put aside some time at the end for socialising! Why not come along and join in!!
