✋What about in-person meditation?
At the end of the course, we arrange a meditation retreat at convenient locations so that we can meditate together and rejuvenate. We also have in-person classes in most cities that will be shared at the end of the course
✋How is it different from other free meditation events?
1. It is 'Always' free 2. It is for 21 days, while most others wrap up free classes in a day or two 3. There is personalization with a team of 100 volunteers serving individually through course 4. There will be follow-up courses, and we will be with you all of 2026. 5. You will feel a change
✋What if I can't join on Saturday, Jan 24th? Can I join later?
We understand everyone has a busy life, and unexpected events may come up. As such, we have 'breakout rooms' created to help participants who start from a later date. So you can join later, and we will help you catch up.

There will be follow-up 21-day sessions, and we will help you all through 2026.
