If you have a 2019 goal to better yourself. This is the running group for you. Whether it’s weight loss or even just trying to tone up come out and run with me. I am currently still active duty army so running comes pretty easy for me . But I am here to help better each and everyone who is interested in making a impact in the year 2019. We will be generally running between 2 to 4 miles whenever we meet up. And don’t worry completely free just trying to help anyone who wants it. But most of all have fun while we run!!!!
