What we’re about

We meet at various beautiful, wooded venues around Exeter and practice Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) and Qigong. These wonderful systems are all about slowing down…. . . .   .   .    .        .          .              .                      .
After gathering at the chosen venue for a short introductory chat, explaining the schedule, we begin a slow paced walk to a suitable spot. Opening a circle, we silently give gratitude and begin the Qigong exercises, followed by a short time for our own individual explorations. We develop our awareness and connection to nature. Participants are offered the opportunity to share any experiences.
Gentle, yet deeply nourishing and powerful, these internal energy practices find their place amongst the trees and streams.
We meander back quietly and savour nature’s medicine before closing the circle.
Going home, tranquil, rejuvenated and refreshed😊
