Small Business Tax Seminar 2017

Join Clayton Fields of Fields, LLC (https://fieldstax.com/) for a seminar focused on income taxes for small businesses and small business owners. Clayton is a former IRS agent and has worked with hundreds of businesses. Clayton will begin with an overview of topics such as the importance of bookkeeping related to income taxes, organization structure, reportable income and federal and state tax liability. He will answer any questions directly after the presentation.
