This South Florida group is for people interested in improving their health and achieving or maintaining a healthy weight. Our focus is on incorporating more whole foods (emphasizing plants) into our diets. As a Certified Health Coach with specialized training and credentials in whole food plant based nutrition and cooking, as well as applied behavioral science, I help members to adopt new healthy habits and strategies for making the changes last. We have fun events to share information, as well as hands-on shopping, meal planning and cooking sessions!
