Cost for lodging and meals: $300 ~ Tuition for Yoga workshop: $285
Total Cost: $585
Lodging is based on two people per room, & includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 3 dinners, starting with a welcome dinner on Thursday night. If you wish to stay additional nights, the cost for lodging and three meals per night is $100. (A la Carte is available.)
Bio for Francoise Ducroz, MS
Francoise is a classical yogini. She earned her first Yoga Teacher Certificate with the Ananda Fellowship in San Francisco in 1982. She is a registered Art therapist and encourages her students to explore creative and contemplative practices to suit their temperament and life style.
Francoise has lived and worked internationally all her life. She is a translator and an interpreter. She is past staff member of the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland where she led group meditation and creativity workshops. She now serves as a Resource person for the Findhorn Foundation and Community.
Francoise just returned to the Greater Boston area after spending two years in France supporting her frail aging mother with eldercare and family reconciliation. While in France she developed a network of conscious evolution showcasing what is heart-centered and innovative in French speaking Europe.

Margaret Arndt is sharing her old family summer house known as “Crow’s Nest" nestled on the top of a hill overlooking Harpswell Sound, a part of Casco Bay, on Orr’s Island in ME. Crow’s Nest has seven bedrooms and two bathrooms that can accommodate 12/13 people. An open porch faces west providing a spectacular view of the sunset.

Registration for the Yoga workshop and lodging are based on separate fees, & registration forms are to be sent to separate people.
The Yoga & Self-Care workshop fee is: $315. The lodging and meal fee is: $300

Registration by: May 15, 2015 for both the workshop & lodging. Registration is on a first come first served basis, so please register early.
As soon as we receive your completed registration forms and payment, a confirmation and a supply list will be emailed to you for the workshop, and a separate confirmation along with logistics and directions will be emailed to you for the lodging.
Space will be available on a first-come basis. As space is limited, early registration is advised.
If you have to cancel at any time after June 10th and before the workshop event, we will consider 50% to be a non-refundable deposit and will refund you the balance of your course/lodging fee unless we can fill your spot and still maintain our required number of participants, in which case we will refund you the total fee less a $100 non-refundable deposit.
