More broadly, she will show us how to apply the ancient principles of Ayurveda to attain better digestion, improve our health, and prevent disease. Ileana Gonzalez received her ayurvedic training in 2009 at a leading Indian training center, hospital and pharmacy. She returned to India in 2012 to study with Dr. Vasant Lad and the staff of his esteemed Ayurvedic Institute, located in New Mexico.
Ileana is based in Reston, where she is the resident at Beloved Yoga’s A Sanctuary for All. With a 6,000 square foot facility, Beloved offers 75 yoga classes weekly, as well as numerous events, workshops, and special performances.
