Building a cash buyers list can afford you the ease and comfort of knowing you will always have a buyer for your wholesale deal(s). A solid buyers list will put you in control of your deal once you get it under contract.

There are several strategies for finding great wholesale deals. However, many wholesalers (especially newbies) neglect to spend a proportionate amount of time learning how to market these deals. Who is Tim Cook?

Tim was born and raised in Michigan. Upon graduation, Tim join the Marine Corps and attended boot camp at MCRD San Diego CA. Six months later Tim met the love of his life Michelle and recently celebrated their 39th anniversary.

Retiring from the Marine Corps after 24 years and accepting a position at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth supporting the development of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter where he worked for approximately eight years. During this time, Tim became interested in real estate investing and began studying the real estate investing business in 2000.

In July 2006 Tim resigned from his position as a Senior Logistics Manager with BAE Systems to devote all his attention to his real estate investment company called TMC Property Solutions, based in Weatherford Texas.

Tim now devotes his time assisting families with their housing needs on a full-time basis. Today, TMC Property Solutions is based in Weatherford and has become the premier house buyer in the DFW real estate markets helping families that need a creative out-of-the-box solution to get their home SOLD FAST!

Tim also loves to give back, Tim created the West DFW REI Group ten years ago, a real estate investor networking and education group as a place to network, share ideas and learn the business and offers mentoring and business consulting to help new and seasoned investors that are serious get their first deal done or take their business to the next level.

Tim also served as a Mentor for all of Ron Legrand’s students in Texas and Canada for more than 4 years and speaks occasionally at various REIA Clubs around the DFW Metroplex.

Tim never forgets his military roots and contributes his time to servicing his community with volunteering his time to community projects such as Homes for Troops, Tarrant County Veterans Court, and also supports the a local chapter of the Military Officers Association of America, is a member of the local Marine Corps Aviation Association (MCAA), Marine Executive Association (MEA), and serves as Vice President for the Marine Corps Mustang Association. Tim and Michelle are members of Trinity Bible Church located in Willow Park, Texas.
