Wholesaling Out of the Box (WOB) started in late 2017 when its founder, Shawn Bowen, realized he could put his almost 10 years of real estate experience to good use to help train new investors. What started as weekly meetings in a Panera, has now evolved into meetings 3 times/month to discuss how to get started with Wholesaling, from learning how to build your own marketing lists, to estimating repair costs while walking through real properties we’re wholesaling, to how to use technology to help you, not hinder you. The group has only continued to grow since Shawn brought Ashley on to help in April of 2018. We’ve added numerous new resources including instruction videos, a syllabus and program timeline, a call library, and many more!
