What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in wholistic well-being and building a quality life. This could include your physical fitness, mental/emotional health and spiritual hygiene.

This is a supportive group where you can share your thoughts and listen, take some time out and learn how to better look after yourself, so you can better look after your business, family and community. Eventually we will start making more conscious decisions every day and enjoy a better life - as the old saying goes:” I don’t mind dying, I just don’t want it to be my fault.”

We aim to run monthly events like workshops, outdoor walks, discussions, coffee chats, presentations etc on relevant topics. The topics may include: food and nutrition, environmental sustainability, self-care, therapeutic arts and music, stress/anxiety management, physical fitness, mindfulness practice & meditation, self-discovery, career development, healthy relationships etc, more ideas are welcomed! Speakers and experts are welcomed!

The ultimate goal of this meetup is to raise our awareness of wholistic well-being. We would like to create an inclusive and supportive environment so please kindly note this group is religion and politically neutral.
