This group focus on promoting wholeness for the entire person (mind, body, soul, and spirit). In our approach we use 4 pillars of health: Lifestyle (how we live),Exercise (how we move), Attitude (how we think) and Nutrition (how we eat). We are looking for anyone interested in taking a holistic approach to lifestyles changes that will promote good mental, emotional, and physical health for themselves and their families. We are interested in meeting other holistic enthusiasts, or individuals who are just interested and maybe considering transitioning to a more holistic approach in achieving and sustaining optimal health for them and their families. We are also a support group for those who are currently on this journey and sometimes feel that they are traveling alone because they don't have the support and encouragement they need from family and friends.
