Dear Meditation Meetup Member-Practitioners and Learners (in Bcc),

We will have our weekly Free guided Sahaja Yoga beginners guided meditation on Sunday 7th April, 2019 at 9:45 AM EST (New York time). This is online event and you join with 'one-click' at convenience of your home. You will find experience very real life like and in fact more attentive and personal. In this session we go over basics & guided meditation followed by one to one in virtual rooms for those interested to know further. This is a recurring session, but we also take up different themes related to meditation. This Sunday theme is 'desires and meditation'. No prior experience is needed.

Sahaja Yoga meditation is simple meditation technique whereby we use 'balancing' techniques to let go of past and futuristic thoughts that induce stress and then with help of guide awaken the dormant and compassionate energy within all of us, which is a mean to help unite our consciousness with Divine. Sahaja means spontaneous and Yoga is union of us with Divine. It was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, in 1970 and practiced in over 100 countries. Sahaja Yoga meditation is always free. Practitioners have experienced more peace, reduction in stress, more resilience and general improvement in health and growth in spiritual life. We welcome you to try it and see if it can be of any help to you.

What’s the problem of this world?

“What’s the problem of this world? The whole problem, you take it: there is no joy. Simple as that, there’s no joy. If they had joy, they would not have done all these nonsensical things, there’s no joy! When you have joy you don’t want to fight, you don’t want to do anything that is harmful, you don’t want to say anything harsh to anyone. Not only that, but you do not want to have something that will spoil this Mother Earth or which will bring ecological problem, no; you just don’t want it.”  Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
