July is here already, and we're excited for this month's virtual meetup featuring a familiar face, Jeffrey Isenberg.

Jeffrey is an experienced investor of multifamily real estate and sales consultant with Buckingham Investments in Long Beach. As a multifamily specialist in the Southern California market, he works with both new and seasoned investors as they Learn, Plan & Invest in real estate.

As principal for over 20 years in one of the leading large-screen visual display businesses within the corporate and live events industry, he is an experienced negotiator with a long track record of getting deals done.

The transition to real estate investing in 2014 redirects his focus in helping others build their net worth and additional income streams through strategic multi-family asset acquisitions. As routinely recommended to his clients, Jeffrey is active in building his portfolio by following a detailed investment plan with net worth, cash flow and specific rate of return objectives.

This month he'll be sharing with us how to creatively make deals work, including how to use current legislation to the investor's benefit.

Finally, you may have noticed we've gone through a recent name change. Since going virtual, we've had a number of great investors from all experience levels and markets join our growing group. This led us to change our name to something more representative of members, yet still allow us to offer the same value to everyone going forward, with both virtual and in-person events.
