Please come along to our last event of the year.
We are combining our end of year social event with a talk from Brian Clews on 'How Birds Survive the Winter'
Our birds are about to face their sternest test of the year: winter! How do they survive out on a branch in sub-zero temperatures without a duvet? They have to feed no matter how much rain falls on their backs. They have to flee predators no matter how sodden. Enough must survive each year to propel their population. How do they do it? All will be revealed.
Please bring food and drink to share. You may like to say what you're bringing in the messages below so we don't all bring the same things! Plates, cutlery and glasses will be provided.
Come along and share some food and drink and tell us what events you'd like to see in 2016. And please volunteer to be part of our small but perfectly formed committee for next year!
Price: Free. Bring food & drink to share.
