Harris Woodbridge Nature Reserve - dig for Cookham!

Harris Woodbridge Nature Reserve - dig for Cookham!

Details

We are delighted that we have now started work on the Harris Woodbridge Nature Reserve, our very own wild garden! We are now asking for volunteers to help us on January 27th.

Please see this film of our last meetup!

What to bring: Please bring lunch and a drink, and garden tools - put some form of identification on them. You'll need gardening gloves and suitable footwear too. Last time we were treated to tea and coffee and delicious homemade flapjacks!

Mike Day will be coordinating efforts on the day.

For health and safety reasons at this early stage, I'm afraid we have to stipulate NO CHILDREN and NO DOGS. This is due to sharp tools and unknown terrain.

How to find the Harris Woodbridge Nature Reserve:
Off Dean Lane, Cookham Dean – 50 yards after Warners Hill in the Marlow direction, turn right at the last house on the right (called Warners), take the path on the right of the track. Go up hill for 150 yards with the field on the right, where the field ends there is a wooden fence leading you to the gate into the Harris Woodbridge Nature Reserve.- Map ref: 875 858
