Glowworm safari.

Details
This is a real treat! Come and join our ever popular glowworm safari led by expert Robin Scagill. Robin will give us an introductory talk on glowworms then lead us through the places where the glowworms hang out. This will probably include a careful stroll around the Harris Woodbridge Nature Reserve where we hope to spot some glowworms and maybe some other nocturnal critters. Do bring a torch - it will be very dark!
Last year we also spotted hedgehogs in the grounds of the Chequers after the glowworm walk, so do park carefully if you're driving!
Meet outside the Chequers at 9.30pm. (Assuming it doesn't change hands between now and then!)
Children welcome.
No dogs please.
Please bring a torch and a camera if you want to photograph these amazing creatures.
This is a free event but please do consider making a donation (£3 suggested) in the box.
