Details

James Headington, who farms at Paley Street Farm, will lead a walk and discuss how he cares for wildlife while making a living as a farmer.

Please bring binoculars if you have them. You should come with sturdy footwear, and James recommends that you consider covering your legs and arms in case of stinging nettles

The event is free to Wild Maidenhead members who have paid their £5 annual subscription, or £3 for non-members. There is also the chance, on the day, to pay your annual subscription and attend the meeting for free.

There is plenty of parking at the farm and the rendezvous will be at the farm entrance.

The address is Paley Street Farm, Paley Street, Maidenhead SL6 3JT. Paley Street Farm is at the top of Paley Street, which is the road off the B3024, which runs through Paley Street Village.
