Our monthly dinner club will blend all of the above and more. This is a themed potluck style meal. Guests will decide what dish they will create and choose an ingredient to research on the health benefit of that particular ingredient. The recipe along with a brief description of the health benefits is submitted to the organizer a week before the monthly dinner.
