This group will focus on learning about and practicing YOGA and the Wim Hoff breathing and meditation method together as a group. The yoga will be available for all levels of experience. This group will work together to learn, understand, and practice this vigorous method of meditation. I started this group because I was beginning to not enjoy winters in Buffalo. I found this practice to help make the cold weather enjoyable again whiling providing a challenging way to meditate and experience the outdoors in the winter months. Looking forward to exploring and pushing our limits of physical and mental endurance.
