Introductory Motorcycle Experience....this is not a training course, however, a meetup group offering to expand your horizons with motorcycles. Have you ever thought how great it would be if you were that person on the backseat of a motorcycle? Planning on being a passenger and have questions about what to do? Our Introductory Motorcycle Experience might be the answer for you. In a relaxed, no stress atmosphere, you will be able to ask questions, get advice, ride as a passenger, and enjoy the interaction with others who are at the same level of experience.
This group is for anyone interested in going for a motorcycle ride as a PASSENGER. We provide the rider and motorcycle. All skill levels are welcome. There’s nothing quite like experiencing the outdoors on the backseat of a motorcycle. With your boots tied tight, water in toe and tunes on your IPOD, you've got nowhere to go but the open road. And that’s just what we're hoping to do with this group. Not only do we offer motorcycle rides for different experience levels, but we also have well-experienced, advanced riders/guides that will lead the way! We will be arranging a wide range of rides from 1.5 hour to 6 hours depending on the destinations. We'll be offering some rides at no cost and others may have a cost associated just depends on the adventure.
Passenger Member: Are required to wear at least a DOT approved helmet, pants, and closed-toe shoes. However, we recommend full finger gloves, protective jacket, and over the ankle boots or shoes. We will require passenger riders to sign a liability waiver form when participating on each ride.
Rider Member: Every rider is responsible for their and their passenger’s safety. It is recommended that each rider and passenger wear appropriate gear that should include at least a DOT approved helmet, full finger gloves, protective jacket and pants, plus over the ankle boots or shoes.
If you ride with this group, it is understood to all parties involved that you have volunteered to participate on our rides, that you will hold harmless the organizers, members, and volunteers and that you know you are riding at your own risk with this group either on an organized ride or while attending any other activity function.
