Women in Tech Belfast is a Lean In circle for women whom work in any area of the tech industry. The group is to support each other, learn new skills, and encourage each other to take on new challenges. Together, we are going further and standing up for equality.

As a participant in Lean In’s Circle program, Women In Tech Belfast is using Lean In’s name, program logos and other branded materials under a license from LeanIn.Org. This event will discuss how to be a good ally in the workplace. Bring a man with you! We're hoping for a bit of a sausage party for this event! ;) This is a free event aimed at empowering women and other minority groups working in the technology industry. WIT in the Workplace

Do you work in a company that doesn't have an internal Women's Network or Diversity & Inclusion team and you're wondering how you can get one? Or has your company set one up but it's new and is looking to share best practice with more experienced companies? This session will inform you how the practice of Lean In circles can work within the corporate workplace to improve diversity and inclusion. This event will be of interest to employees wanting to effect change in their company, as well as D&I professionals or senior managers wanting to learn to improve their current offerings.
