What we're about
This is a group for women who feel stuck in some way and want to make change happen. Whether you’re a stay-at-home or working mom, single or married or divorced, no matter what age or background, there are times we need to figure out how to improve our lives and ourselves.
Join us for a fun, engaging, and hands-on exploration of fitness and personal development to make your life all it should be...and make a difference in the world along the way. Each meeting will feature a 45-minute introduction to one type of fitness, followed by a social time over food to get to know each other. The second half will also include discussion and activities that will help us grow personally and professionally in important areas of our lives.
The first scheduled events include fitness classes in Barre, Chi Gong, and Yoga. Future ideas include Pilates, Zumba, Spinning, Aerial Fitness, Martial Arts, and the list goes on. In fact if you have an idea, let me know!
