This hackathon is a celebration of diversity. Anyone who supports diversity is welcome — no matter your level of technical knowledge.

We are providing a space for people of all backgrounds who want to start building their tech portfolio or finish up a tech project while learning new skills. Previous experience in tech is NOT required. If you are an advanced coder, we are looking for mentors. We are also looking for volunteers. If you are nervous about attending a hackathon, just volunteer and see what it is all about!

Plus, we have a parallel FREE workshop track for anyone who wants to come and just start learning, learn more, or meet people.

Our session will explore different approaches to problem solving and how we can shorten the "storming" phase that often inflicts teams. In advance of the session, please complete by Wednesday, Sept 13 at 10:00pm so we can tally results before the session:

You will then be prompted to Take the Profile.
You will see your results when you complete the profile.
Completing the Profile should not take longer than 10 minutes.
We always instruct people to "go with their gut", their first instincts rather
than agonize over any individual options. There are 18 rows to fill out so if a mistake is made in one row it will likely be corrected by another row somewhere else. Basically, if it takes longer than 20 minutes, they you are thinking too hard.
