If you're looking to improve the current engineering on your team or looking to find a new team with a healthier engineering culture, please join us for this session! We'll be reading the following: https://blog.pragmaticengineer.com/the-developer-culture-test

Join the Women Who Code Boston Reading Club, where developers of all skill levels come together to discuss technical articles and books! Feel free to join at any time, as we'll be going over different material every meeting.

We'll split everyone into Zoom breakout rooms to go over discussion questions and talk about how we can apply what we've learned to our work. We'll also use this time to address any ideas and concepts we're still confused on.

  • To participate in the breakouts, please join by 6:10p ET. We're not able to add folks to the discussion groups after that time. *

Agenda:

  • 6:00 - 6:10: Intros
  • 6:10 - 6:50: Discussion about the article in smaller breakout groups
  • 6:50 - 7:00: Regroup in main room and discuss what we've learned

** Important **
the Zoom link will be visible on this page to everyone who has RSVP’d “Yes” on the day of the event. Please note that you must make a Zoom account to participate: https://zoom.us/signup (it's free to sign up for a personal account).
