Functional Programming - A Talk by Paula Gearon
Details
Functional programming is a language agnostic programming paradigm. It's exploding in popularity due to the numerous benefits. Regardless of which language(s) you're familiar with, learning FP can help you level up as a developer :)
Previous experience with functional programming is not needed but prior coding experience in any language (JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java, etc) will be helpful
