Kick off Hacktoberfest by joining Women Who Code DC and Code for Good to work on open issues from their various open source projects!

We have a lot of great projects that can use some assistance! Some of these projects include helping organizations like ecological rescuers (https://www.coralgardeners.org/), diaper banks (https://diaperbase.org/), soup kitchens (https://sistersoftheroad.org/) and many other wonderful non-profits!

Please bring your laptop or come prepared to pair. We will be working individually and together on open issues.

We are beginner-friendly and will have folks available to help you get started.
