Open Source Session - Send your first PR!

Hi everyone,

We are so excited to host our next event on Open Source, titled ‘Open Source Session - Send your first PR!', on this coming Sunday, 2nd September, at Investopad, Hauz Khas.

The agenda for the day is as below:
10:00am - 10:15am - Registrations
10:15 am - 10:25 am - Introduction of the team and working of WWCode Delhi
10:25 am - 10:40 am - Introduction of the team and working of Codeuino
10:40 am - 11:40 am - From basics to advanced Git - a thorough introduction to Version Control - by Team WWCode Delhi
11:40 am - 12:00 pm - Break and Networking
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm – Learning about work systems, tech stack used, repository organization etc. of Codeuino – By Jaskirat Singh, Pratul Kumar and Uphaar Dubey
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm - PR Session!
1:30 pm - 1:45 pm - Lightning Talk Session

The speakers for the day would be Jaskirat Singh , Pratul Kumar and Uphaar Dubey.

Jaskirat Singh is the Founder of Codeuino. He was a Google Summer of Code’18 Mentor at Sugar Labs and has been a Google Code In Mentor too, in the past. He is also an ‘Open Source Initiative’ member, USA Team member at Stanford Scholar Initiative and a Microsoft Educator Expert 2017-18.

Pratul kumar is an Oversight Board member of Codeuino. He was a GSoC’18 Developer at Sugar Labs and a Mentor at Google Code In. He is also a member of GDG Jaipur and a Coursera Mentor for HKUST University.

Uphaar Dubey is an Oversight Board member at Codeuino. He is also a member of DSC JIIT, Noida and is an Open Source maniac!

Vaibhav Aren is an Oversight Board Member of Codeuino. He was a Google Summer of Code 2018 intern for Sugar Labs and a Core Team Member at Open Source Developers club, Delhi. He has also held the World Rank 7 position at Geeks for Geeks 2017 and Air 13 Indian Engineering Olympiad 2018. He would be organising the awesome PR Session for the event, wherein the audience will break into groups of 2 each, to send their first PRs!

Vertika Shukla, a Microsoft Technical Expert and Founder of CodeSharp, would be delivering a lightning talk at the end of the session.
