About Ritu Chakrabarti
Ritu is currently the Global Head of Learning and Development at Mindtree. She has more than 21 years of experience in leadership roles handling Capability Development, Organizational Behavior, large and complex IT projects Management, Management Consulting and Business Planning. Most recently, Ritu was featured among the 2021 Top 100 TA Pai Young HR Leaders by People Business and The Economic Times. She has also participated in various speaker engagements at IIMB, PMI, T John College of Engineering. Ritu has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Jadavpur University and a Leadership and Management certification from IIMC.
